Our duty as parents and teachers is to nurture them with love and care. I feel it is an honour and privilege to be a part of the incredible Royale Concorde Group of Institutions and to lead the team of dedicated and talented teachers at our Chamarajpet branch. Our school is a safe, happy, vibrant & inclusive space. We inspire children to strive for progress and care for all children irrespective of their level of achievements. We love children unconditionally and ignite passion for learning.
We as a team of educators and mentors continue to learn, improve, and strive for better teaching, reflecting on our methods and design strategies for growth.
My deep connect and love for children and the passion to improve teaching keeps motivating me to constantly look for better activities and practices for school. We at RCIS will take every opportunity to bring the best for your children to be groomed as global citizens.

About the Principal

Mrs. Shylini Soans has a rich experience of 23 years as a principal of schools of excellence, consultant and mentor for schools and teachers. She has special interest in the areas of core teaching applying the latest findings in research in the field of the Science of Learning to ensure active and experiential learning and to promote student wellbeing. Being a Mindfulness and Yoga practitioner, she has trained students and teachers to inculcate the right values and ways of life. As a voracious reader herself, she has always helped children find joy in reading; in addition to well stocked school libraries, establishing Class Libraries in classrooms has been one of her most fulfilling experiences. Having been trained in music and fine arts, she has been instrumental in integrating art in education from the beginning of her career.

Her mission is to ensure that every child happily comes back to school looking forward to having new learning and new experiences; that every teacher happily and enthusiastically comes back to school to trigger new learning; that every child feels they are being loved and cared for; that every child feels they can achieve progress; that every mother feels safe to send her child to school every day.

Middle and Secondary Level Class V to X

Class V to VIII

Accelerated academics, promoting questioning, hypothesizing, analysis, and creativity.
Follow CBSE's three-language policy, offering Hindi, Kannada & Sanskrit/French as 3rd languages.
