Education must build up the character and manifest the real nature to build up a personality which influences others and is impressive. The youth of today need to be transformed into responsible adults empowered with leadership, confidence, skill and values. They require grooming and training to be self-reliant, bold and confident enough to tide over the challenges thrown by life at every step. While embracing integrity and adopting values in action they need to endorse humanity besides being adept in skills to fend for themselves at the professional level. With changing times, education requires to be modified to prepare 21st century adults accredited with skills to enable them overcome the hurdles, embrace failures and march undauntedly to achieve their goals.

At Royal Concorde, we envision unfolding the potentials existing in the child and unfurl their hidden talents to metamorphose them into proficient responsible adults professionally sound in their areas of interest. About the Principal

Dr. Paramita Mishra is a passionate educationist and an enterprising leader in the arena of education offering 25 plus years of experience, inspiring students in pursuing holistic academic and personal excellence. A doctorate in Zoology with specialisation in Environmental Sciences, besides B.Ed., she’s also authored a book “The Power of Conscious Leadership”. An IIM Alumni having completed a course in Education and Leadership Management from IIM Kolkata, she is also a soft skill trainer.

It is my firm belief that in order for a child to reach his or her full creative potential, it is necessary to uncover the inner beauty and energy that is inside that child. Children who are able to develop a strong sense of self-esteem and confidence will be really emancipated to construct a world that is harmonious. They are going to be innovators, thinkers, and pioneers in their field. Through the integration of technology and tradition in a harmonious confluence of self, community, and nation, they will be empowered and happy individuals who respect and cherish difference. They will also reach out with compassion, creativity, and courage to usher in peace and progress.

Here at RCIS, we remain dedicated to accomplishing three overarching objectives. To begin, it is important to supply skills for professional development. The second step is to teach life skills, which include aspects such as maturity, emotional development, and soft skills. For the third step, cultivate a robust character in order to become a good citizen and human being. We want every student at RCIS to be a rising star who is fully prepared to touch the limitless sky and radiate light everywhere, demonstrating that he is a victor in life.

About the Vice Principal

Ms. Deepa Rohit a goal-oriented, hardworking, compassionate person. A talented, well- organized, strong classroom performer with a proven track record of achieving excellent pupil attainment. She has working experience of 22 years in education. She comes with the belief ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which could be used to change the world through humanistic approach’, and she strives to ensure that students are treated fairly and that they are given every opportunity possible. She aims to help students grow in being compassionate, respectful and responsible.

She is also a strong school leader with a positive attitude, along with the ability to listen, learn, communicate, and inspire others to make a difference in the lives of children.
